Responsibilities (including but not limited to)

• Design novel molecules to meet the pre-specified properties.
• Propose synthetic routes for the designated compounds.
• Communicate and troubleshoot with CROs to ensure timely delivery of target molecules.
• Interpret characterization data of linker-payloads from biological and pharmacokinetic assays.
• Summarize information from literatures and patents.
• Prepare materials regarding to progress of projects and present them at team meetings.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. degree in medicinal chemistry or organic chemistry, or master’s degree with no less than 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Experience with lead discovery, lead optimization and SAR study, and knowledge of development of ADC linker-payloads is preferred.
• Demonstrated capability of solving challenging synthetic problems.
• Mind of critical thinking, enthusiasm and teamwork.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
